Payment options

You can pay by cash on delivery, by bank transfer, by PayPal(including credit card):

1. Payment by bank transfer


After your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. In this email we will send you our bank details and ask you to transfer the invoice amount with your order to our account. If the payment is received by us, our accounting department will confirm the receipt of payment via e-mail. Then we will send the goods to you from.

2. Payment by Sofortüberweisung

(Not in all countries and not all banks!) If you select Sofortüberweisung as payment method, appears at the end of the ordering process, a button for direct payments. After clicking opens a new window of the payment system of Sofort AG. There you enter the bank routing number, your login name and your pin. The data is transmitted over a secure connection. You can select your account and effect the payment immediately as in online banking with PIN and TAN. You do not incur only the usual booking fees your bank - as with any other transfer.

3. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery After your order you will receive an order confirmation by E-Mail. As soon as your order is completely ready for delivery will be shipped promptly. Additional costs in the amount of EUR 8.00 when paying by cash on delivery. You pay in cash at delivery of the goods by the delivery service or the postman. DHL and Deutsche Post cash on delivery in addition to the C.o.d. charge a delivery fee of 2,00 euros in cash the postman surcharge. Bicycles are not delivered by cash on delivery.

4. Payment during pickup in our shop

If you select customer pickup, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If the goods are on stock, we also inform you by e-mail. You can then pick up the goods during our opening times in our shop in the Dietzhölzstraße 6 in 35713 Eschenburg-Wissenbach. You can pay for the goods by cash or EC card on collection or transfer the invoice amount in advance and pick up the goods after payment receipt. There are no additional costs.
